Royal Nari does NOT give any guarantee, promise, or assurance of any type, form, or duration of income to any person. This applies to all distributors, members, and prospective members.

2. Income Depends Entirely on Effort

Income in Royal Nari depends entirely on the following factors:

• Your personal effort and hard work
• Your sales skills and ability to find customers
• Your network building skills
• Market conditions and competition
• Your experience and knowledge
• The number of your customers and their needs

3. Income Examples on Website

Do not consider income examples shown on this website or any promotional material as Representative. Results may vary from person to person. One person's income may be less than another's.

4. Regarding Income Statements

Do NOT rely on any type of income statements, earnings claims, personal experiences, or testimonials. These are for reference only and should not be used as a basis for any business decisions.

5. Risk of Loss

As with any business venture, joining and doing business with Royal Nari involves financial risk. Carefully evaluate your financial situation and consult a professional advisor before joining. Your investment/purchase is at your own risk.

6. Earnings Claims

Do NOT consider any earnings or income statements made by Royal Nari or its distributors as Typical or Guaranteed. Such statements may contain errors, inaccuracies, or exaggerations. There is no assurance that you will achieve similar results.

7. Testimonials and Experiences

Testimonials on this website or promotional material are personal experiences. They are not representative and results may vary. Testimonials are NOT a basis for business decisions. Under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, providing misleading testimonials is prohibited.

8. Income Structure

Income in Royal Nari comes from only two sources:

• Direct Joining Commission — upon adding new member
• Repurchase Commission — on product sales

We do NOT provide any of the following types of income:

❌ Bonuses / Monthly Bonuses
❌ Level Income / Cadre Income
❌ Matching Income
❌ Rank Bonus / Career Bonus
❌ Any other type of bonuses

8.1. Fund / Rewards (Company Decision)

Royal Nari may provide the following Helping Fund at the Company's sole discretion. However, this is NOT a guarantee, promise, or entitlement:

📚 Education Helping Fund: If a member's child scores above 80% marks, the company may provide educational assistance at the company's discretion. (But this is not guaranteed)

🏥 Medical Helping Fund: In cases of serious medical needs, the company may provide assistance at the company's discretion. (But this is not guaranteed)

🎯 Fund / Rewards on Target Completion: The company may provide funds or rewards upon completion of specific targets at the company's sole discretion. (But no guarantee for this either)

⚠️ Note: All the above helping funds are at the Company's Sole Discretion. The company has no obligation to provide these funds to any person, for any reason, or at any time. The company's decision is final.

9. 90-Day Rule

Each member must repurchase products at least once within 90 days from the date of registration. If no repurchase is made within 90 days, your membership ID will become Inactive. Commission cannot be earned from an inactive ID. Re-registration will be required to reactivate.

10. Registration Fee and Expenses

Registration fee, product purchase costs, and any other expenses are at your own risk. Royal Nari does not guarantee or refund these costs except as provided in the refund policy under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. Please see Terms & Conditions.

11. Pyramid Scheme Prohibition

Royal Nari is NOT a pyramid scheme, money circulation scheme, Ponzi scheme, or chain scheme. Our income comes solely from genuine product sales, not from recruiting members. Operating a pyramid scheme is illegal under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and is a punishable offense. Under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, promoting or operating a pyramid or money circulation scheme is a criminal offense.
